The file was not analyzed because a suitable File Manager was not found

Problem
When uploading a CAD file, a warning message pops up “The file was not analyzed because a suitable File Manager was not found…”.
Solution
This error occurs if you don’t have the CAD Add-in installed. Install the CAD software add-in for the specific CAD software to manage the file references and extract metadata.
