How to install Vistapoint Desktop

1. Uninstall any previous versions of Vistapoint.

2. Double click to open the installation file VistapointSetup[version].msi

3. Continue through the prompts.

4. Open Vistapoint.

If you encounter a dialog asking to install the latest .NET version, follow the article linked below:

You must install or update .NET to run this application

5. Click Options.

6. Enter the connection information provided by Open Domain support:

a. Click Active.

b. Name: CompanyName

c. Server Address: https://[yourcompanyname].[yourhosteddomain]/api

For example,

https://yourcompanyname.opendomain.net/api

7. Click Ok.

8. Enter the Login credentials provided by Open Domain Support and click Ok to login.
