RestHttpClient.SendRequest failed or Execution Timeout Expired

Problem

When working with Vistapoint, you get some errors that information could not be loaded including “RestHttpClient.SendRequest failed: No such host is known” or “Execution Timeout Expired”. This generally means there is an issue either with your internet connection or possibly your instance reaching some limits on performance during high processing actions.

Solution

Please wait a couple of minutes and try again later. It’s possible that a lot of resources are being consumed at the moment. If you continue to have these issues, please reach out to support to discuss moving your instance to a higher resource tier.
