How to rename references without breaking assembly relationships

This function only works for supported CAD systems such as SolidWorks. To rename reference documents without breaking references in assemblies take the following steps:

1. Update the workspace in MyWork containing the document.
2. Rename the document in Vistapoint.
3. Make sure any referenced assemblies are not checked out.
4. On the Vistapoint desktop app, navigate to MyWork.
5. Select the Workspace and click Update Workspace. After the update, a Update References dialog will show.
6. Select the assemblies to update. Confirm that they are not checked out.
7. Click Update. The assemblies will be checked out and the references updated with the new name.
