OCM Service Not Found

Problem

When starting CAD Manager or OCM Configuration, error window that the Service is not found. Service is still not found after trying to detect automatically.

Solution

Option 1 (Requires Admin access to the server):

1. Check to make sure the service is running. On the server go to the Services app. (Search for app > Services)

2. Navigate to the OCM Service.

3. Right click > Start.

4. Try running the OCM Configuration again.

Option 2:

1. Check you firewall settings. Make sure it is not blocking the connection to the server on your client. In some cases check that the firewall has whitelisted the port number used for the connection.

2. Try connecting again.
