How to add a subscription

You can add license seats to your Vistapoint instance directly in the web app. You need to be an administrator to add seats.

  1. Open your Vistapoint web app.
  2. On the top right menu navigate to the Settings Icon > Admin Settings.
  3. On the left panel, select Billing.
  4. Click Start Subscription.
  5. Adjust the number of licenses.
  6. Click either Annual Billing or Monthly Billing. You will be redirected to a check-out page.
  7. Fill out payment information. You can also adjust the number of seats on this page. Submit to complete the check-out.
  8. After finishing the check-out page, you will be redirected to assign seats.
    IMPORTANT: Please allow several minutes for the number of available licenses to update. Click refresh to update the counts.
  9. Assign license seats to each user. You can adjust this later as well.
  10. Click Save.
