How to add a subscription

You can add license seats to your Vistapoint instance directly in the web app. You need to be an administrator to add seats.
- Open your Vistapoint web app.
- On the top right menu navigate to the Settings Icon > Admin Settings.
- On the left panel, select Billing.
- Click Start Subscription.
- Adjust the number of licenses.
- Click either Annual Billing or Monthly Billing. You will be redirected to a check-out page.
- Fill out payment information. You can also adjust the number of seats on this page. Submit to complete the check-out.
- After finishing the check-out page, you will be redirected to assign seats.
IMPORTANT: Please allow several minutes for the number of available licenses to update. Click refresh to update the counts. - Assign license seats to each user. You can adjust this later as well.
- Click Save.
