File not located in Vistapoint local folder

Problem

When updating your local workspace from MyWork or downloading a document you get the error: “File not located in Vistapoint local folder”. This occurs if it is attempting to download files that are not located under the C:\VistapointLocal folder.

Solution

Check any file names that are incorrect or and documents that could possibly be outside of the C:\VistapointLocal folder and correct them. Please contact support to let us know under what circumstances this occurred.
