Error processing command checking out from web app

Problem

When calling a desktop function from the Vistapoint web app, you get the error “Error processing command”.

Solution

Take the following steps to restart VipAssistant and try again.

  1. Open the hidden task menu.
  2. Right click the Vistapoint icon to open VipAssistant.
  3. Click Exit.
  4. Try the action again.
