Error after installing new version

Problem

After you installed a new Vistapoint desktop version, you are getting an error on start up. During installation you received a warning about a running process “VipAssistant” that will be attempted to shut down.

Solution

Close the VipAssistant application before installing the new version.

  1. On the bottom right hidden menu > right click the VipAssistant icon.
  2. Select Exit.

Try installing the new version again.
