How to manage billing

To manage your billing and add an automatic payment method, cancel a subscription, or view past invoices, take the following steps. Administrator access is required.

  1. Login to the Vistapoint web app.
  2. On the top menu, navigate to Settings > Admin Settings.
  3. On the left panel, select Billing.
  4. Click Manage Billing. This will open the billing management portal in a new window.
  5. Enter the email associated with your subscription. This email can also be seen on the billing tab next to Contact. An email will be sent with a link to access your billing portal. From there, you can add an automatic payment, cancel a subscription, or view  invoices.
